Dreaming of a big white... Closet?

Photo: Unknown Location

Every little girl dreams of her big day. Filled with flowers, cake, friends, family, dancing and her beautiful flowing white gown, laden with a glorious and blossoming bouquet. Well at least that's what they say. So, with this in mind what would you say if I told you that I have absolutely no recollection of ever fantasizing about my wedding day. Ever. If this sounds a little strange to you, hold in there because there may just be a reason?A couple of days ago I slept over at my girlfriend L's place whom is one of the truly blessed girls in this world-though she may protest-as she is one of the lucky few that was blessed with sisters, E and T. Protest as you might all you girls out there with a sister, but mark my word when I say this, 'YOU ARE ONE OF THE PRIVILAGED FEW'.

And this is especially true if you happen to have a sister that has a keen eye for style and anything wardrobe related. Shoes, jewelery, clothes etc etc. Now back to my story. That night we were getting ready to go out and my friend being the lucky one she is, -having a stylish and sharing sister- obviously had access to not only one, but two fantastic wardrobes. So, in my friends oblivious state(I say oblivious as she obviously forgot my ability to become jealous very easily) she introduced me to said sister E's wardrobe. Oh-my-god. I thought I'd died and gone to heaven! The four doors-actually five- on E's closet once opened, revealed a HUGE hanging space filled with envy-worthy dresses and tops of all colours of the rainbow.Colour-coded. I could have died right there on the spot had I not already reached heaven, I mean come on, colour coded, now that is my type of wardrobe. This was the thing of my dreams. And then it hit me, I had the answer. There really was a reason for my lack of little-girl-wedding-dream-syndrome. It was because I had already contracted a something else post L.G.W.D.S and it was called, My-Dream-Wardrobe-Induced-Syndrome.

Is this weird? Swapping my apparent biologically predictable dreams of a big white wedding with ones filled with shoe racks, wooden hangers and walk in wardrobes?
