Trivial Persuit

OK ok, I know it was only just yesterday that I said "it" bags were over so I'm going to say that the Hermes Birkin and Kelly bags are completely iconic and therefore not "it". Which is why I'm about to show you the most incredible Hermes handbag collection EVER!

As much of a Birkin fan as I am, I can admit that some of these are completely foul-did you see the fluro green number?-and I also happen to think that having so many is incessantly rediculous! Who is ever going to use that many? Despite this I am also in love with the classic Birkin's such as the black aligator and the brown ostrich skins-but I am conflicted with the animal rights issue in this- which are just so beautiful and luxurious.

Paper Birkin...

My god I have soooooo much to talk about and have been so hard at work I mean wow the amount of content and research that I've been through both last night and in the last hour is amazing and you can tell by the huge amount of blogs that I've added to my list down the side there that I'm not exaggerating! So, I'll do one quick post before I go to bed and then I'll reveal the rest of my overstuffed yet exhilarated brain in the next few days/posts!

Ok, so I've known about this little project for a while yet have been putting it off and putting it off until today I remembered it and decided to explore. Explore what you say? Well hermes's amazing cut out Hermes Birkin bags of course!! The cute little paper cut outs are exact replicas of the real deal only they're a fraction of the size and cost but with much cuter designs on the sides!
So here is what mine turned out like:
