Taiwan Nail Competition by Taiwan Nail Association (TNA) 2011

The competition arena this year was a beautiful sight with more than 700+ registrations, a new record for the Taiwanese nail industry. Before the competition began, the attendees witnessed some 1500 people who came together to do their nails to enter into the Guiness Book of Records. 

It's an honor to be able to judge alongside the esteemed industry leaders and judges from USA, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Miniature Gel Painting

The new generation gel paint can help you achieve amazing details from start to finish without having to flash cure in between. More and more nail techs are keen to learn this new technique and it is no longer an impossible feat for any newbie in art to learn this. Since the launch of the ONE Gel, I have spent a great deal of time developing this painting technique so that it can also be applied to salon work with ease.

Starting with a haul

So, I'm jumping on the beauty blog bandwagon. I have been reading blogs and watching youtube videos for years now, and I've finally plucked up the courage to join in....

Some friends and i went to Portsmouth today to do some shopping, see some boats and have a general stroll around. (We also saw some hot navy men).
The shopping center there has a CCO, which i always get far to excited about going to. i picked up a few mac items and thought i would share.

(sorry about the blurry photography, this is something i need to practice.)

I picked up two brushes, MAC 130 and MAC 227. I have wanted these for a while but have never got round to getting them. As they were less expensive than they would be in a mac store i had to pick them up. The 130 was £21 and the 227 was £15.75.
I also got penny shadestick, which is light coppery colour, and calm mode lip conditioner. The lip conditioner was from the charm pale collection but it never seemed to make it to my local mac store. I am very glad i found it.
